1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the okjl4 Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access any publicly available portion of the Platform without registering.

1.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the okjl4 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated in writing by okjl4.

1.3 okjl4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To register an account on okjl4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of okjl4 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the okjl4 Platform or had a previous okjl4 account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms;
• You are registering voluntarily, for personal entertainment, and not under duress or on behalf of any third party.

2.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 okjl4 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon any change to your account profile. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver 's license, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 okjl4 will not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the okjl4 Platform is lawful in your location before registering.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is entitled to hold only one registered account on the okjl4 Platform. If okjl4 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed and all balances held therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjl4 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. okjl4 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify okjl4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account via the support contact provided on the Platform.

3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to personal information must be submitted to okjl4 support and may require supporting documentation before being processed.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. okjl4 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

3.5 Account Currency. All okjl4 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okjl4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change. okjl4 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on okjl4 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although very large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks under okjl4's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. okjl4 reserves the right to process withdrawals to a bank account held in the player's verified name. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours while bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing a withdrawal, okjl4 may require full KYC verification, confirmation that all bonus wagering requirements applicable to the account have been satisfied, and review of account activity for compliance with these Terms. okjl4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it considers unusual or high-risk.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may not deposit funds from a payment method that is not registered in your own name, and withdrawals will not be made to any third-party account. okjl4 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform for any form of money transfer, money laundering, or fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 okjl4 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the respective promotion page, including but not limited to: eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering (rollover) requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry timelines.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Specific multipliers are stated on each promotion's detail page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okjl4 monitors account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee completion of wagering requirements (known as "hedging"), systematic low-risk wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play, or coordinated activity across multiple accounts. If okjl4 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.4 okjl4 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification retain rights only to the extent expressly stated in the updated promotion terms.

5.5 Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for personal use by the individual account holder only. They cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the okjl4 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by audited third-party game providers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not influenced by okjl4 or any affiliated party.

6.2 The rules applicable to each individual game — including slot mechanics, live dealer procedures, sports betting markets, bingo rules, and e-sabong regulations — are available on the respective game or section page of the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these rules before placing a bet.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, or payout calculation, okjl4 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. okjl4's decision in such circumstances is final.

6.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the okjl4 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets that have been accepted prior to a live event result are binding regardless of any subsequent correction of published odds, except in cases of clear technical error.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. okjl4 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-bet payout limit. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are disclosed on the relevant game page. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap will be reduced to that cap amount.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjl4 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system component;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okjl4 Platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okjl4 staff or other users through any communication channel.

okjl4 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, and retain any balance in the account pending investigation. okjl4 may refer matters involving suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the okjl4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, icons, and user interface designs — is the property of okjl4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from okjl4.

8.3 The okjl4 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of okjl4. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data

9.1 okjl4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 okjl4 will share player information with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, and other regulatory bodies where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

9.3 okjl4 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of those services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjl4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

10.2 okjl4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okjl4 makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10.3 okjl4's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okjl4 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes okjl4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 okjl4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net session result;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your okjl4 account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period;
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the account is inaccessible.

11.3 okjl4 will not knowingly re-activate an account that is under a self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your okjl4 account at any time by contacting player support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Closure by okjl4. okjl4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Where continuing the account relationship would expose okjl4 to legal or regulatory risk.

12.3 Where an account is closed by okjl4 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and okjl4 arising from the use of the Platform, you should first contact okjl4 player support to seek an informal resolution. okjl4 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving a written description of the complaint.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 okjl4's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms, game results, or account actions shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 okjl4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

14.2 Where the changes to these Terms are material, okjl4 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account prior to the changes taking effect. For minor clarifications or non-material updates, okjl4 may update the Terms without advance notice.

14.3 Your continued use of the okjl4 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
